As Founding Product Manager at VyapGO and DasetAI, I ran customer discovery, owned the roadmap end-to-end, and shipped to 50+ merchants and 10+ pilot customers. Most recently I ran the product cycle for 15+ clients at 1000xDev.

Discovery

Most build what is cool. I build what is painful. If users aren't complaining, I'm not building.

Execution

Specs are cheap, but untested specs are risky. I prototype in Python/Next.js to de-risk ideas and prove feasibility before engineering picks them up.

Delivery

"AI" is a feature, not a benefit. Users should forget the AI is there. Invisible UI is the goal.
