Kirana stores, vegetable vendors, dhaba owners — they're constantly using their hands. A phone-first product doesn't fit. VyapSathi is a physical AI device (think Amazon Echo) placed at the counter. The shopkeeper simply speaks — "Raju ne ek kg atta liya" — and it updates the app automatically.

  • - Identified voice as the primary modality (not touch or keyboard)

PRODUCT DEFINITION

  • - Wrote PRDs for VyapYantra, VyapSathi, and VyapMandi
  • - Defined core user flows: voice → app generation → download → daily use
  • - Prioritized features using RICE scoring (Reach × Impact / Effort)
  • - Worked with engineers on API design for voice-to-action pipeline
