I think like a founder, build like an engineer, and ship like a PM.

I work at the intersection of user research, technical execution, and roadmap ownership — turning messy real-world problems into products people actually use.

As Founding Engineer at VyapGO and DasetAI, I ran user interviews, built the core product from idea to prototype, and owned the roadmap end-to-end across two AI-native startups.

I ship using the same fluency on both sides — Python, RAG, and LLM integration to build fast, and product thinking to know what's worth building. Targeting Core AI Product Manager and AI-native product roles.

1000xDev

Product Management Intern Feb 2026 – Jul 2026
  • Owned the product cycle from discovery to spec for 15+ clients — translating ambiguous asks into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prototyped AI-powered features across concurrent products to secure stakeholder sign-off and de-risk ideas before committing engineering resources.
  • Managed cross-functional alignment, delivering implementation-ready specs that moved directly into production and cut rework by resolving misalignments pre-build.

RECON 2026 (National Cybersecurity Workshop)

Lead Organizer Apr 2026
  • Owned planning and execution for a national event with 600+ participants, demonstrating strong ops and stakeholder management.
  • Coordinated AWS cloud-partner relationship and led speaker/vendor logistics across 3 days with zero major issues.

Methodology

001

Discovery

Most build what is cool. I build what is painful. If users aren't complaining, I'm not building.

002

Execution

Specs are cheap, but untested specs are risky. I prototype in Python/Next.js to de-risk ideas and prove feasibility before engineering picks them up.

003

Delivery

"AI" is a feature, not a benefit. Users should forget the AI is there. Invisible UI is the goal.

Meet Samradh.

I'm a product manager who builds close to the metal — I've shipped AI products end-to-end, from user interviews to defining the system that solves the problem. I founded VyapGO and DasetAI, handling everything from customer discovery to shaping the AI product decisions that drove our core metrics.

I want to work as a Core AI Product Manager — a role where I can own the full loop from understanding a hard problem, writing the specs, and partnering with engineering to ship the system that solves it.
